Connect your phone to Wi-Fi or turn on your Personal Hotspot. Open Wisfer and tap the prominent Start Server button.
Open File Explorer, Finder, WinSCP, or a web browser on your PC/Mac. Enter the address (e.g. ftp://192.168.1.5:2121 or http://192.168.1.5:8080) or scan the enlarged QR code.
